4. Hosting of Service data
Data processed within the OpenVisio Service is hosted by OVHcloud (SAS OVH, France) (located in the European Union). The real-time audio/video streaming relies on the open WebRTC standard; streams are not sent to any third-party service. Data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the website and Service (trademarks, logos, the “OpenVisio” and “Vopenia” names, text, graphics, interfaces, source code, databases, software architecture) are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited. Third-party trademarks (ProConnect, Apple, Google, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Liability
The Publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published, without warranty of completeness. The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from access to or use of the website. Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Use.
7. Reporting unlawful content
In accordance with Article 6-I of the LCEN, any user may report content deemed unlawful to contact@vopenia.io, specifying the date of the notification, the notifier’s identity, a description and the precise location of the disputed content, and the reasons for its removal.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
